Question by Dan Haren = Greatness:
Why do LA Lakers fans seem so determined to convince themselves the NBA is not fixed?
While the bandwagon ones seem absolutely clueless, real Lakers fans I talk to seem to honestly think the NBA is a legit league and that they were the ideal team in 2002.

Why is this?
Thanks for the astonishing homer answer

Keep convincing yourself of this!

——————————————

Answer by Jade; «Single Girl Swag»
Because conspiracy theories are for hippies who live in shacks in SanFran.

The Laker team of 2002 and this years team are very talented. Our bench is deep, despite it’s flaws. And our starters are all-star worthy. Are you gonna deny that they do not have talent or skill? Seriously, if you are denying it then maybe the NBA is not for you. Us NBA fans will call it like we see it, and when we see something shady we will talk on it, regardless of teams and players.

edit: yeah thanks, and you keep living in your bubble thinking that the NBA is out to get anyone who threatens the Lakers success. Oh please, cry me a river.
