The NBA is allowing the teams to recruit more potential high school athlete. Is it important to have education first or give way to the opportunity to go professional?

I do not think the NBA is after the education, they are after the experience that players get from college. What happens sometimes(or most of the time) is that players cannot adjust to pro-basketball, thus limiting the capacity of their talents. The NBA’s goal is to prepare the high school athletes even before they go pro. Not all high school students/athletes are like LeBron or KG. They came straight from high school but were able to adjust. But look at JJ Reddick, he came from Duke, but he is not that good in the NBA. He was good in college actually. And also, Shelden Williams.. He came I think from Duke too, but he did not turn out as what most people thought he would be.. Also, Darius Miles, he came straight from high school, but he was not successful.. Experience is really important so that the players will not have a hard time in adjusting to pro-basketball, which is far more difficult and fierce compared to amateur basketball.

What are the rules regarding the notification of players in the NBA before they are traded?
I think it is a tiny unethical that NBA players(not sure about other professional sports) are often times not notified until they are traded. I often hear stories about how a player had to find out from someone else other than his coach of team general manager. I was wondering if there are any rules or regulations in the NBA regarding this matter.
