How come the nba players seem to shoot the ball so hard and accuate?
nba players seem to shoot the ball harder than what you see from each day ppl.. and most of the time their shots seem to hit the back rim and down… like a bang shot, instead of the glass, off the back rim?
why does it seem like that? and their ball seem to be going very fast and vet still very accuate and will not bounce back like normal ppl would.

What are the rules regarding the notification of players in the NBA before they are traded?
I think it is a tiny unethical that NBA players(not sure about other professional sports) are often times not notified until they are traded. I often hear stories about how a player had to find out from someone else other than his coach of team general manager. I was wondering if there are any rules or regulations in the NBA regarding this matter.

What is the deal with NBA players going to Europe? How do the Euro teams find so much money?
If they are dishing out about 8 mil per year to questionable NBA starters like josh childress (euro teams pay the player’s taxes), is Europe really that basketball crazy in terms of fans, or are the owners just super rich like the European football leagues? I do not see how they can afford to pay that much.

I heard that the average nba player make over 5 million? But do they train vigorously each day. I hate to become a b bal player if they are training like 10 hrs a day?

depends on the basketball player and teams workout regimen.some players in their spare time workout an hour a day,others 2 hours.they have practice on off days for like 2-3 hours.but when you look at it,they are making all that money and only work 2-3 hours a day……and it improves their physical fitness.they stay healthy and work at the same time.i work 12hrs a day/6 days a week as an engineer and can only dream of the money they earn.but i do great to the average person though,lol

By that i mean they started working really hard to make the nba as in working out everyday,lifting weights,running,and stuff like that to become as good as they are now. I would guess around the age of 14 or so.

Why do in early NBA games only affordable players play and in the late games the costly ones?
The early games in the NBA usually have only a hand full of good players on the field and the late games got all the good players. Why is that? Doesn’t each game count? What about the preseason? Do those games count?

preseason is like real life practice. it’s to practice against real opponents and figure out which players will stay on the roster and also who might be a starter. no the early games do not count, but they are still very important to the teams, they do not want to risk their stars getting hurt, so you only see them for a few minutes in preseason games

How come some college players succeed in the NBA while others fail?
I do not comprehend why players like J.J. Reddick and Adam Morrison were not as successful in the NBA as other rookie, like Deron Williams. Is it because they simply failed to adjust to the game or is it because of the teams they are on?

I mean, I already have a feeling Tyler Hansborough will not make the transition from college to NBA while players like O.J. Mayo, Michael Beasley and Derrick Rose will very likely succeed.

This appears to have happen in the past too, as many of the college record holders are complete unknowns in the NBA.

Not everyone can maintain the level of competition or handle the pressures of being in the NBA. Granted, each player drafted (Even Kwame Brown LOL) was a great high school/college star, but there is always someone better.

Health has a lot to do with it too.

How can NBA referees maintain credibility and honesty when constantly conversing with players during a game?
1. Watching the recently NBA playoffs offs and the incorrect calls or no calls against one team during a particular game.
2. MBL has had some problems but no umpire is permitted to speak to players as in the NBA
3 The NFL does not grant coversations with players the way the NBA does
4. I have only seen a few soccer games but officials handle themselves well.
