What cities in Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia, have indoor venues that can seat 15,000+ people, and can potentially home an NBA team?

In China and Japan there are already professional basketball leagues, so surely they have venues. Japan also hosted the FIBA Tournament a couple years ago. There are several leagues in Europe, so it shouldn’t be difficult to find a venue there either. If they were to expand there, it would be nice to see 6-10 teams or so.

to me i think there would be just to many teams i think theres enough now. thats why i dont like it but the nba does cause it makes them more $

I do not see how they can afford to pay that much.
