How did the nba draft work during the years of the vietnam war?
Back in the years of the Vietnam War, The Selective Service Act forced all males from ages 18-26 to sign up for the draft…

Question: College graduates could be drafted. were guys entering the nba draft free from getting drafted to the military or was there a chance they could be drafted?
yeah but back in the 60′s most of the players entering the nba draft were college graduates making them not immuned to the military draft

i think if ur in college you dont get drafted to war.

then im stumped. maybe they picked people out of high school? or people playing streetball? something.
