I remember 2008 as the best dunk contest in recent memory. I also remember texting DWIGHT, DWIGHT, DWIGHT, all night with my friends. Great stuff.
Reason why not more NBA stars not wanting to do the Dunk Contest or anything extra like the All-Star game is because they are tired enough as it is. The season is long and you can’t sleep but just take a nap because after a game like in LA, they probably have to be at NY the next day and ride back home at 3AM
Hope more NBA stars enter next year. Don’t want to see more bench players ruining the contest.
