Not really. Its just the way the game is played now.
I don’t watch professional sports anymore. Olympic rules are better and college basketball is more entertaining. I agree the NBA has so many silly fouls and guys pretending they got fouled when they never were touched. Also there’s no sense rooting for a team if players are going to move around so much. The NBA can’t be renovated and only gamblers watch these meaningless regular season games anyway.
Basketball games has always been boring. No one actually watches the 2nd and 3rd quarter anymore. Nothing ever changes. Players will score. Fouls will be called. Free throws converted. And the countless time-outs, video reviews, commercial breaks are non stop.
Can you imagine a 5 min game dragging for 20 mimtues? It has almost become a perfect sport. Too predictable. The games needs drastic changes. True.
I am, that is why I watch more amateur basketball recently…
