AT WHAT AGE DID MOST NBA PLAYERS START TO SERIOUSLY WORKOUT ?

By that i mean they started working really hard to make the nba as in working out everyday,lifting weights,running,and stuff like that to become as good as they are now. I would guess around the age of 14 or so.

    I assume youre asking because youd like to make it your goal to play there.
    Its obviously a lot of hard work,even when youre tall or a decent player.
    And if you want to play at that level,you pretty much need to play Div 1 basketball.
    You need to prepare like its your life because it will become your life.
